if you don't get it, you don't go around telling everybody that you don't get it.
and its "psycho"

So you just pretend the Emperor does, in fact, have clothes?

i never said I understand it. I said that I don't walk around bragging to people that I just tripped and fell.
As good of a reference you made, your point is still invalid.

The beginning of knowledge is admitting what you don't understand. Only then can one be taught.

Well played, Confucius. That still doesn't change the fact that you're still sticking your nose into what one person is saying to another person for no particular reason.

That's very rich coming from someone who did the same thing. She initially was posting to the artist. By posting your remark to her, you made it a general conversation.
You criticized her willingness to be truthful and learn (by admitting what she did not understand) instead of pretending like she knew and remain ignorant. Hence the very valid remark I made in allusion to the Emperors clothes. Not everyone is afraid to admit they don't know things. It helps to bring out the truth of matters.

Very rich indeed.
Either way, why are you making such a deal of it when miss phsycocutie herself is rather unaffected by my "insolence?" My childishness, which I do not claim to be free of, would have only extended so far as one comment, and all would have been free of it, had you not intervened for the purpose of an outcome which you haven't achieved.
Sorry my good man, but I'm going to do the first adult thing in this conversation and drop it. And despite my appearance of tucking my tail between my legs, I really just don't want to talk to you anymore if you're not going to facilitate an interesting argument.
Good day, sir.

In allot of asian cultures there is enormous pressure on you starting at a very young age. Many many, find them selves later on in life asking the question what is the point of it all. Be born, go to school, do well in school, get a good Job you hate, make enough money for a car, then a house, then get married then have kids, make them do the same so they can take care of you then you Die. And so the picture is of a young person crying out in advance for the epiphany inevitable in the future. But if you look closely at the back ground it's the Gospel of John. And it represents the ever present hope that is always there for us should we Choose. Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life. And i have found that in my experience, to engage with the living God through accepting his free gift of love I am free from all that pressure that was there before. The same things might happen in my life, but as I follow Christ life becomes a meaningful adventure with author and finisher of life rather than a hopeless black hole of selfish unfulfillment. Also the picture is on a hand made skate deck which has very deep personal relevance for me as it represents a culture outside the box and willing to break the norm. As well as a living example that God is perpetuator behind our passions and has gifted us with them in order that we might work along side him as our Father so that the world would be blessed.
Thanks for the inquiry. I hope some of my answer makes sense.

defiantly it gives me a enormous appreciation for the piece you have created , i also sympathies with the inevitable path society guides us toward whether willing or not , i have questioned it but i have ultimately decided that people define their function in society through their perception on life and their confidence within themselves , i'm an atheist but i'm glad to learn that religion helps you live a fulfilled life

"Be born, go to school, do well in school, get a good Job you hate, make enough money for a car, then a house, then get married then have kids, make them do the same so they can take care of you then you Die. " this is not just an Asian thing...That's pretty much just a human thing. I don't know of a single dominating culture on the planet that doesn't do this to their children in one way or another.

thats cool. It's not for everybody. It's meant to convey the hopelessness that many people will eventually encounter. And that when that day comes there is an answer. I would also say that even if there never comes a day of such utter desperation in ones life there is still an absolute need for an interactive relationship with the One living God, Jesus Christ.
