Uh, as for the lineart comments, if you were confused - I mean that people sometimes make the lines messy when they color them xD And you did good with bringing the expressions up with colors.

I'm not an Uchiha fan, but this one surely got my attention. The lineart is nice and clear and I really like their expressions! You did a great job with the background, too. Please shade it when you have time and energy, I'd love to see it fully done! Although if I might suggest something, a little less yellow for the scroll (not it reminds rather a piece of cloths than a scroll) and less skin-like color for Itachi's pants would do lots of good.
