Benson would do it because (whoever it is) keeps bugging/taunting him over it (that and, we know he secretly wants this, lol xD)
In the first sketch I made Pops say something similar

Let's fill in the gaps, shall we?:
- They're at the park.
- Muscle Man threw a party. Benson trusts him and High-Five Ghost, so he went along with them.
- Rigby dared Benson to lick Pops while under the influence of alcohol.
I could imagine this game of Truth Or Dare turning into Spin The Bottle or Seven Minutes In Heaven, hehe.

I thought the one place they couldn't be for this would be The Park 
But I did kind of think it would be Muscle Man throwing said party.. Hahaha.. maybe he found some abandoned house and invited everyone? XD
