Description This is another picture taken at Point Pelee, just of a frog among the lily pads, sitting rather lazily, but still aware. He was fun to watch as he did nothing.

I like that the focus is off, it makes it more abstract and draws attention away from what 'should' be the main subject, giving it a whole differnt look and feel. I personally love pictures that are focused on anything but what is considered to be the main point. (:

Unfortunately you are right. I would very much like to learn more about photography and editing, rather than stumbling around as I often do. Haha.

Nice, but a bit over-sharpened. The focus seems to be on the lily leaves just behind the frog, while the frog should be the subject in focus imo.

Unfortunately the focus is a little off, but the frog is a cutie!

Unfortunatly the focus is shiftet behind the frog on the leaves... Damn, cause the light on the frog seems great^^

This is a super picture and I simply love it.
Your composition is wonderful!

I haven't had much luck this past summer with my 'froggy' pictures. They just weren't cooperative.

Thank you, I live in southern Alberta, there are quite a lot of frogs, but they are really small and hard to find. I only get good pictures when I travel.

I live in Ontario and most of the frogs are small. every now and then you can find bull frogs though. I caught one once that weighed half a pound! At the same time I also learned that when you pick up a bull frog it screams. I almost dropped it, it was so unexpected!

Thanks very much! Photography is all I am good at anyways, that and some artisan crafts like bone and leather work. But I am not nearly as good at drawing as you.
