This looks awsome and majestic, and I love the delicate metallic patterns, with these soft colours. I'm sorry about your troubles with health and finances, I understand, having being there for so long... Now my luck is turning. I too have a problem with my kidneys, they work 85% now and I have to be careful not to damage them, as their working capacity was lower than that last year.

Are you feeling better today? I do hope so.
Actually Chris is putting in a small pond/water feature for me on the bottom terrace of my back garden. I want him to take a spare paving stone from the front of the house to stand the barbecue on. Maybe I will get him to carve your design on the stone...........................Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa yourself...

My feet swell up all the time. It is much worse in hot weather. I take Spironolactone which does work, makes me pee a lot at night. It is supposed to make your hair thicker too. Mine is a bit thin at the front. Very long though, down way past my waist or at least bits of it are. I need to cut a bit off it. I comb it all forward and chop the ends. Never go to hairdressers, cannot afford things like that. Having trouble affording basic food right now. Really difficult feeding 2 on benefits for 1... Sometimes I long for a meal out or something other than chicken and minced beef. I got 2 packs of sausages today that had been reduced to about 1/3rd of the price... It's too scary Gypsy. Wish my prints would start selling that would help. I have been making really big images lately in the hope...
Nothing else I can do. I have a lot of bellydance stock left, last time I put a couple of costumes on Ebay, one was a Bedlar, 2 piece, bra and belt, there was a matching veil and skirt, all beautifully made and heavily beaded. I paid over £100 for it, I got £20. The other was a dress I made, the fabric cost £20 a metre (3', it had matching long gloves, that came right to the underarms. I got £8 for that. I am just not prepared to let the stuff got for such a tiny price.
I also have some fabulous clothes that would make lovely stock images, however I don't have a model. So they are hanging here on a dress rail in this computer room and I am scraping the barrel for food... How stupid can that be?
Glad you are feeling better. Just a one day thing that's good. Be careful of your feet...

Had a rough night last night and I called the docs office today to see if I could move my appt for a sooner date and left message what is going on. I never got a call back. I was in the hospital overnight right after I had my biopsy done. I was anxios and the anxiety was playing with my body and making me feel absolutely horrible. I don't like this swelling .. so have decided to not sit on computer as much and to get up and move around and keep my feet elevated more until I find out what the heck is doing this. I am not suppose to take any meds to make me lose water because of the kidney problem I am having. So I am damned if I do and damned if I don't. I am going to tell doctor he has to figure out what the hell is going on. I think I am also getting Carpel Tunnel in my right wrist and fingers. I feel tingly there a lot. Since I can not work anymore I am soooooooo darn brokd and I hate this. I don't have money for anything either Roz. I am so sick of this crap. I wiwh you luck on EBay selling. Can you set a flat price on them?

I can help with the carpal tunnel thing. You must have your whole arm supported when using a computer. Before you get out of bed make wrist circles and figures of eight with your hand, so that your wrist is really moving. You can stand facing a wall, put your hand flat on the wall in front of you and walk as far as you can to the left and then to the right. Hope you have a computer chair with arms and wrist supports on your keyboard and mouse mat. Invest in a strong wrist support to wear whilst at the computer. You can fix this problem yourself easily.
Believe it or not this was part of the anatomy stuff I did for teaching bellydance. There are a lot of other carpal tunnel prevention exercises on-line. Easy to find and do and well worth the bother.
I tried the flat price (buy in Now) thing on Ebay with some of the collectors items video's on bellydance that I have. Didn't get a single look.
Do you take dispersible aspirin?
Try not to worry too much dear friend, but please see the doctor ASAP. Let me know what he/she says.
Get those feet raised and a good book to read. See you when you are feeling better.

That's all good. Hope you will be OKAY. It is great you are not on any heart meds. I try to stay away from pharma meds as much as possible.
I had cervical spondylitis, high blood pressure and a nasty varicose vein in my neck. I started drinking colloidal silver a couple of years ago. My neck is better, the vein is well down. I take DHEA and Melatonin and feel fit as a fiddle however the water tab I have to take makes me very tired, I cannot sustain anything at all energetic for more than an hour, that includes going out to get food. Washing the pots, cleaning the house. I have to sit down and have something to eat. I don't eat a lot, little and often seems to suit me quite well.
I have had terrible insomnia for years and the only thing that would hold my eyes open in the morning was my eyelashes. I heard about melatonin, and started taking it. It took a little while and now I sleep like a baby, apart from an odd night when I still have brain zaps caused by the anti depressants I was on for 3 years. (2 years taking them and a year coming off) I have to take a benedryl to stop those. I had a bad one the night before last, put up with the zaps, dizziness and nausea all day yesterday. No zaps today at all.
My cholesterol can be quite high so the DHEA keeps that in check. That is really amazing stuff. My brother and myself started taking it a couple of months ago. It has made a great difference to us both. He has been rendered impotent by taking pharma meds, he has a young wife. The doc has prescribed all sorts, he has tried viagra and many other things. However it seems the DHEA is beginning to work, his BP has levelled out and the testosterone he has been prescribed by a specialist is beginning to work. So you could say things are looking up...
Not sure that any of that would be any use to you with heart and kidney probs. It works for me and my brother very well.
