I talked to my son today and we have Crossloop that is a program where he gets into my computer and checks stuff out. He installed the ATI drivers for my Graphics card that were gone and said DELL had the wrong stuff installed and that is why I was losing my sound and getting the Blue Screen of Death. He said the Catalyst Control Center couldn't work properly due to all of this. Tech is coming with a new hard drive this week and do some diagnostics. If this doesn't solve it then they are going to have to replace this thing. I am sick of fighting it for a year now. I got to listen to the Dion music finally ... Hey he rocks. I lost all the other music but that is OK .. I have most of it on disks.
