Minus the part where I'm a lazy ass and there's no rain involved. ;D
We needed a sign for the umbrella thing at work, so I pulled this thing outta my ass today... The inking took waaaaay too long. CGing took just a few hours, during watching SVU. Printing without a background? You bet your ass I am. XD
Time: Few hours.
Materials: Inked with Copic Markers, colored with Photoshop CS3.
Would anyone want to buy something like this? @_@

No rain, because that would be another six+ hours of work at minimum. ;D In theory, it'll be in a basket with wet umbrellas being tossed into it--so water droplets will hit it anyway. XD
