Godamnit, I messed this up didn't I?That is Mark Devor, (the OC of mine looong time ago with the story of "Lacrimes: Shinning Heart") mocking with the Heart about the weather.
I haven't draw him for like... ages... and now look how bad I did drawing him again lol.
Anyway, this is a entry to a Contest for Robloxian Artists about drawing your OCs associated with the seasons. Well! Look like the Heart did it a bit rougher for a simple Spring season. ...yyyuup! I did mess it up. Hard.

You draw them yourself. Then add some effect for each of the object later
As for the Rains, I use some of texture I found on Google and make them transparent 70% and set them on Add or Subtract
