For clouds, I used 7 different layers with varying opacity, did majority of the clouds in Sai with the brush tool ( set at density = 80. ) Then opened Photoshop E7 and used the "watercolor brush setting" to touch it up. It's just a mess of brush strokes, (more noticeable close up.)

You aren't productive when you just sulk in your jelly.
Doing nothing helps. Getting inspired by artwork instead of being jelly makes you motivated to do better. THERE IS NO CHEESE INVOLVED. ( < w > )
