That's called a rebadge. A rebadged car is the same car (or almost) as the original, but with a different car logo in place of the original. Some were in higher price than an original car that was already rebadged.
Some examples:
Chevrolet LUV D-Max (Isuzu D-Max)
Daihatsu Xenia (Toyota Avanza)
Honda Crossroad (Land Rover Discovery)
Dodge/Freightliner Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter)
Mazda FlairΒ (Suzuki Wagon R)

The Subaru BRZ had only one difference compared to the Scion FR-S or Toyota 86; which was the front bumper.
