Ok, don't panic
This is the British Council Ukraine Mascot known only as Creature (I call him Mr.Borgles). I was really bored sitting and waiting for my girl in BC and occasionaly a posted with this *beauty* got into my sight. Since I had enough time I made a quick sketch which was afterwards colored by Bagirenochek. Mr.Borgles looks so pityfull for one good reason - the maniac children who study in BC really torture his plush versions that are innocently enogh decorating the BC interior.
