I am not a huge Coco fan, I dislike how she is used is a Damsel in Distress (at least in the modern Crash games), and her design wasn't very appealing to me. However, in a dream I had recently, I saw a vision of Coco drawn in this gothic art style, looking slightly humanoid, and was inspired to draw it. I drew the sketch on paper, and digitalized it, unlike most of my works. I disliked the abuse of pink in Coco's original design, so I had to edit it out, and it looks better (to me at least!)
Not saying that the original Coco design was bad, I just wanted to experiment a little.
