I think he/she's a finch but i'm not sure so many birds so many names
it took me more then an hour to get a nice photo. the're so small and fast diffucult to photograph

Aww!! It's so cute and fat! I wish I could pet it! Capturing a good image of a birdy is hard, since they move alot. The outcome is great. I love it.

Everything deserves a name, but it is not in my book (North American Eastern Region), so I guess we will have to name it ourselves. I vote for Timothy Leary, with all of those colors, it is a trip. Great shot of a beautiful bird.
