Very strong piece. If you don't mind some feedback though, go easy on your line work. you do not need to add lines for the sake of detail. You can achieve a solid, stylized piece by sometimes being subtle. You can achieve Darkseid's rocky look by not drawing ALL the cracks. Either that or use varying weights of pens.
Conceptually, I really dig your piece. Good stuff.

Awesome! Darkseid is one of my personal favorite DC villains. Any suggestions for drawing his rocky face?

A few jagged, sharp, deliberate lines on the face will do, but do not over do it. You are trying to achieve texture and sometimes subtlety will do it. Look at how guys like George Perez, Steve Rude, and Bruce Timm draws Darkseid. Those are good examples.
