Whoa. This looks awesome! This looks very much like I would picture a ronen to look like resting under a tree back in Japan's first century or two after the feudal era ended.
I mean, look at this- your stance, your facial expression, hair, attire... the whole package looks genuine. Add to the cauldron of consideration the clarity of this photo, and this looks like it could very well be a still from a Japan-based movie.
Delving into specifics, what really seems to speak to me the most here is how you seem so relaxed and controlled, as I'd expect someone with Bushido-based training to take as his state of being. At the same time, you seem to have a sort of inexplicable quiet intensity. It's mystifying and majestic.
In short, this is amazing. Great Job!

and yeah... this picture speaks a lot indeed
did you ever had a chance to wear japanese Kenjutsu clothes? it's kinda strange, but the clothes have this strange air, and feeling of Zen... i mean, i never practiced kenjutsu nor kendo before, but people around kept saying "omg, you move like a samurai" and stuff... and i "Oh c'mon, don't mock me" but when i saw the pictures i was kinda surprised...
there is a feeling of peace, and 'readyness' i can't explain =]
anyway... i'll post more pictures of this cosplay soon

I, unfortunately, have not ever worn the uniform of kenjutsu. Even if I ever got the opportunity, though, I fear I would not do them justice. Great technique is required to even grasp the basics of kendo, and if I stepped into a studio to study it, I fear I'd be quite a frustrating case.
