IRL Me: *Playing L4D2* zombies, who would not like to experience a zombie apocalypse has ever wondered what would happen if instead of the Oni-pocalypse it had been different with more catastrophic results, a zombie apocalypse in the world of Splatoon, well there is a resolution to tell this story, so grab a bag of popcorn and enjoy this What If that tells what would have happened if everyone had been infected and turned into zombies.

Edwin was creating a virus that would turn the human population into Oni, but it seems that Edwin hastened the process of the virus so much that Edwin decided to drop the virus as a biological weapon on the earth and thus the earth was covered by the virus, but this virus arrives in Inkopolis and in a sinister and terrifying way Gabriel, Atsuko, Siko and all the others who were there began to mutate and transform into Zombies, all Inkopolis was devastated by the increase of infected and mutations that were very aggressive, but Callie, Marie, Cuttlefish and Sheldon manage not to be infected, and manage to seek and find a refuge, Edwin saw his plan that he and his army came down to look at with success, Edwin was impressed by the mutual virus and turned Gabriel and his family and Friends into zombies special, Edwin had the victory when he saw that no one was there to stop him.
just by saying that, Zombie Gabriel recognized Edwin and with a scream of fury alerted the other zombies to attack Edwin, Edwin was distracted and could not see in time how zombies were attacking him, destroying his armor and devouring his back, Edwin did He tried his best to get out of there unscathed but all the zombies that were friends of Gabriel even being infected could use their abilities and so Edwin is defeated and mercilessly eaten by Gabriel and his zombie friends.
It seemed that he had to plan something Callie and Marie do not know what they are facing, Cuttlefish observed the behavior of the infected and it seems that they were mutated by a class of virus, Sheldon has two theories that it could be an Octarian experiment or an experiment of the Oni, Cuttlefish believed that it must be a biological weapon created by Edwin because Octavio would not reach that limit of using a biological weapon, the survivors decide to leave their refuge to try to reach the facilities of the oni empire but first Cuttlefish came up with the idea to go for his old friend Octavio, miraculously upon reaching the Octarian world, Octavio was alive but unfortunately all the Octarians were also affected by the virus, with one more ally our 5 survivors would move through the Deep Sea Metro so as not to alert the other infected, they see a train and decide to activate it but the noise of the subway recovering light, draws the attention of a horde of zombies, and while Cuttlefi sh and Sheldon made the train run Callie and Marie at least made an effort to keep the Zombies out but Zombie Atsuko appears spitting an acid ink from his mouth melting the subway doors but Sheldon manages to make the subway work again and escape from Inkopolis through the subway, unfortunately Zombie Gabriel was hiding waiting for the moment to attack again,
An hour after leaving the infected city, Octavio and Cuttlefish begin to talk that if with some of their hatred for each other but a little talking about how this apocalypse affected their lives, Callie and Marie listened to the talk while they thought,

and now to where are we going?

Night falls and Sheldon decides to stop the subway so that the others can rest, but it would be careless to know that Zombie Gabriel left the train to attack the other people who were not infected, in the morning Sheldon would see that someone destroyed the doors of the train and went inside, Sheldon had a bad feeling that one of those zombies followed them, worse would be that Sheldon would be captured by a cobweb of Zombie Gabriel and together with Zombie Serena they ate Sheldon, but Sheldon's screams made the rest They will get up and then see the horrible scene, Cuttlefish activates the train to escape but cuttlefish hurt a lot to leave a friend like that.
Unfortunately the tracks run out and they had to leave the train, Our survivors have another plan to take a plane from the airport to get out of here, so their new goal would be to get to the sunshine airport to use a plane and escape, on the way they meet a Zombie Jonathan but incredibly he was the only zombie that had a conscience and could speak it seemed that Jonathan was infected but not at all at least he did not have that appetite to devour meat like the others, so Jonathan Zombie joins the group for now, they arrive to the airport but they saw that Jonathan's friends were also infected so in order not to alert another horde they distracted the other zombies with an ink bomb, the survivors manage to pass the catwalk and thus get to the airport, and entered there was a slaughterhouse the worst would be to see a huge net that had corpses in it Jonathan knew whose net it was so they had to be careful but Accidentally Callie moved the net by mistake and then Tell Zombie Gabriel that his mutation made him look like a terrifying mix between an Octoling and a spider.
the survivors manage to hide and Zombie Jonathan will distract zombie Gabriel so that the others can escape.
unfortunately that does not work and Zombie Gabriel attacks Zombie Jonathan causing these two to fight, that if the fight ends up attracting the attention of the infected who invade the airport but the others decide to continue until they reach a shelter by a catwalk, they arrive and without time to lose Callie, Marie, Octavio and Cuttlefish arrive on the plane and realize that Perla and Marina were alive and were not infected, unfortunately Perla said that the plane was out of fuel, Marie decides to connect the fuel hose and use a truck of gasoline that was nearby, but unfortunately the sound of the plane refueling and the fight between zombie Jonathan and Zombie Gabriel cause the arrival of a horde, using military weapons our survivors defend the area, meanwhile the fight was fierce Jonathan was losing to his brother who was now an arachnid beast and so Jonathan is more infected forced to be like his brother an infected than him He would like to eat meat, the plane and it is full but there were many infected, everyone enters the plane but the plane is grabbed by a web of zombie Gabriel, Cuttlefish decides to jump out of the plane and shoot the gasoline truck to get rid of the infected, Cuttlefish says goodbye to his granddaughters and his now best friend Octavio and so Cuttlefish is Sacrificed and the plane manages to take off to get out of there.
