Bio: Not much is known behind the scenes of Grumpy. Most about him were mostly just rumors. The most detailed rumor was that Grumpy was made by Dr. Breen's engineering and cybernetics team. Says that they pulled a nearly dead citizen which was fit as an experiment for their tests at human robotics. The citizen was defending himself against the corrupt CP, but was quickly and brutally beaten. They dragged him to Dr. Breen's private tower and engineering and cybernetics immediately went to work on the nearly dead citizen. It took several hours as they were performing surgery on him and installing several cybernetic chips and augmentations into him. At last they made their first semi robotic cop and they decided to take a break and put him on standby.

A day later, they re-enable the augmented cop and tested him out in a small room. They gave him several tasks to test out his augmentations. The first he tried out was his eyes which function as two small, but efficient flashlights. They worked fine and he could see almost everything in the dark room. Next he tested the strength of his arms and he threw a chair at the bullet proof glass. To his and the scientist's surprise, the thrown chair broke through it. Though they knew they should stop there as he still needed several tweaks and practice in controlling himself. They temporarily disable his augmentations, but allow him to explore the lab since he wasn't allowed to leave the sight of his makers.

Months of testing, tweaking and hard back breaking work later, they finally managed to fix several bugs in him. However, they couldn't fix all since they knew it might mess with his 25% human part of himself. They immediately noticed his grumpy nature too. He wasn't exactly the social type, but he tries to get along at least. Tries a little too hard however sometimes. The scientists are patient with him however and they escorted him to Police Academy so he'll learn the basics and the ropes of Civil Protection and the law. Grumpy got immediately interested in learning and he decided to start learning immediately. Though 2 years later as he learned, he didn't like his other cybernetic classmates as they seem corrupt to the point they just want more power over the minority. He was immediately put as a prison guard to watch over the prisoners and that's when things started to change for him.

As he continues patrolling the the prison, he sees that most of the prisoners were "unjustly" arrested and put there. Sometimes they were even executed by electric chair not even worth the reason of "mass murder". He didn't like the way this prison was, but he kept "reluctantly" doing his duty despite how much he hates it as he knows that if they notice he's acting out of their intended purpose of creating him, they might just permanently shut him down and deconstruct him all together. Two years of prison patrolling, he was finally promoted enough to finally do his first patrols in the city. Though secretly unhappy as he felt his promotion was "undeserving". At least Grumpy was given chances of "secretly helping" the citizens whenever most of the corrupt cops give them a hard time.

Another two years have passed and he was called in by his commanding officer. He sort of knew that Grumpy was not doing his job very well throughout the years and they proceeded to escort Grumpy back to the labs for deactivation. Grumpy was disappointed to hear this and he didn't even decide to fight back as he knew that he's in a tower swarming with hundreds of corrupt highly geared and experienced elites and they even disabled most of his augmentations during the escort too. They reached the cybernetic labs and left for the scientists to do their work on deactivating him. Grumpy was ready to accept fate, but his makers decided to turn any recording software in the labs off. Both audio and video and decided to spare Grumpy's life and give him an opportunity to live in a different "dimension".

This confused Grumpy immensely as he never really believed in alternate dimensions or different worlds of reality. However, he was slightly glad his makers weren't as corrupt as the authority and he was willing to try any theory to get out of the hell hole he's living in. Scientists were hard at work for years when they realized Grumpy's non-corrupt nature 4 years ago and they managed to invent some sort of gateway portal that they kept hidden from their superiors. Unfortunately, it was never tested as they strictly only wanted Grumpy to go through. Grumpy was very hesitant to go through as he doesn't even know if this will just send him into an endless void in reality, or into an actual different dimension like they claimed. An hour of thinking later, tension was high as they can hear someone about to come in and witness what is going on. Scientists told Grumpy that if he wants a chance at a different take in life, he'd have to go now. Grumpy had no choice and decides to take the chance. He says his farewells, did all his hugs to his makers and jumps into the portal.

Grumpy ends up in a somewhat non-corrupt modern America in 2012 and for years and years, he has been living his own life as he sees fit and works as a regular cop in BigCity and has his own house that he worked hard for when he was in the force. Sometimes he doesn't go by the rules of the law in order to catch his criminals and this often gets him yelled at. But mostly was given some slack by convincing his superiors the criminal would've gotten away otherwise. Grumpy himself is still a grumpy bot and doesn't seem too happy most of the time either like he was before. But he has made a few friends here and there and he enjoys the alternate world that he's been living in. Even if most of the stuff he encounters are often times way beyond human comprehension. Like old men in labsuits posing with their arms stiff and running around without moving their legs with blue weird firearms as their reproductive organs that can pick up stuff.

During the times of living in a somewhat whacky, semi unrealistic world and the portal granting him a side effect to be able to go to alternate dimensions and different worlds of reality, it gave him another side effect that gave him rather goofy and cartoony looking eyes. Though at least it gave him a way to show his emotions somewhat with his eyes and he's glad he finally has a way to show some emotion without having to be vocal.

(It's been forever since I made a reference for my gmodsona. But again, I'm just a lazy shit and quite frankly, maybe Garry's Mod pics are not my thing anymore. Yet there will be those moments where I want to make something in gmod weeks or a month later. Again, motivation just kills and it's the most annoying problem than inspiration. If anyone misses my stuff, I don't blame you. If no one doesn't, I don't really care. Just letting people know I'm not dead or anything like that. Just super lazy and unmotivated.)
