Another kancolle fanart from me, i just can't get enough of drawing kancolleActually this work was meant to be a simple drawing to get me out of my artblock, but each time I am about to finish it I felt like it's lacking something and kept improving it, and then it somehow ended up like this.
I also wanted to make a simple pattern for the BG at first, but got confused and then made it like this somehow
