Digital painting of Reinhardt from Blizzard Entertainment's FPS game, Overwatch.

I wanted to illustrate this character ever since his cinematic came out. This took a total of 2 months to make as it was a much larger illustration than the ones I'm used to but it ended up being one of my most favourite works as of 2018.

The initial plan for this illustration was to have it mostly in grayscale with the exception of the glowing areas like the visor in colour. However, after playing around with the colour layers to find out some warm or cool tones, I decided to fully colour this piece in and desaturate the colours in the final editing process.

Remember, "live with honor, die with glory."
