The rouge diamond is the one responsible for the deliving the gemsonas and the destruction of Beach City Lil' Homeworld and Homeworld itself and yet sparing Steven and his human kind including the corrupted Gems, but she is even the most horrifying being in the Homeworld history. She's even much bigger than White Diamond like she can even grab her whole body in two hands.So yeah, she's based on the Kahn Maykr from DOOM: Eternal.
Abilites:
- Gem Life Draining: Black Diamond can drain the lifeforce of the Gemsonas except for the humans into gemstone with no mind and a body.
- Corruption Control: She can take control of the corrupted Gems to follow her commands. But not only that, she can also uncorrupt and recorrupt Gemsonas.
- Shapeshifting: Like the other gemstones, Black Diamond can form her body into any forms she wants. Unlike the corrupted gems, she has full control her corrupted form.
- Dark Mass Manifestation: She can control the darkness mass liek forming extra arms, weapons, tentacles, and wings.
- Fusion: She can fuse with gemstones like the others.
Manifestations of Alice and Cose:
-Alice: Represents her sadness of the incident.
-Cose: Represents her shattered tortured mind of mental anguish.

I think for Black she would sound like Jennifer Lawrence but singing wise, close to the pony Tempest Shadow from the My Little Pony movie. The one who sang Open Up Your Eyes.
