You don't define the word "doodle" right. A doodle is more of a sketch or simplistic drawing. This is more of a portrait.

its not to show off. for every artist, the definition of a doodle might be different. if it takes them very little time or they feel like its messy or something, they will automatically call it a doodle. others may see it as something detailed or something else than a doodle, because we have a different point of view than the artist.
