I've been a bit quiet for over a week. God damn essays getting in the way of life...

Anyway, here's two new characters as promised. This is Nadja Zahiri (on the stool) and Folami Umeh (standing up) - two friends who went to sixth form college together who now go to the same university studying different courses. The two meet up on an exceptionally warm day during fresher's week, with Nadja sharing something she filmed while travelling on a bus one day. It's London. Funny shit happens a lot.

A brief intro on both these characters. Nadja is a Lebanese girl who was brought up a Muslim, though she doesn't follow it strictly. She is a singer and studies music at university. She is chatty and quite flirty. I wanted someone with her hairstyle as a character design for ages, as I am very fond of curly hair in that style (preferably black). Folami (or Ami as her friends call her) is a local girl of Nigerian origin who does community studies at university who is intolerant of bullshit. She plays bass in her spare time and has a strong sense of identity and pride as a black woman who lives in the area.

The clothes they're wearing here are not the main ones they usually wear - they're actually still getting tinkered with at the moment. It's a warm day, hence the nice summery colours. Anyway, I hope you like them, and two more still to come!
