Thank you so much, WarFalcon <3 I'm relatively proud of this, even being a sketch. I've never been able to make such a full-body picture before ;-;

Why thank you very much for the Llama and the devWATCH, Scion; I appreciate it really.
I've never heard of 'Artist's Syndrome' being a legit plague of sorts though. I've definitely contracted it after every other picture. But usually I go to my gallery and compare today to where I was in January (the first Suwako drawing I've done.) and then I get super motivation to continue, because compared to then I am Christ incarnate.
Those words are very inspiring to hear from you, Scion - And I hope to impress you with my future works c:
Momiji for life, damnit!
No other character has pushed me out of art-block in such a way <3 All of my love

I'm glad to hear so! Though I think my Momiji spark just died after that last piece I posted. Probably will start with Aya or some other adorbs character.
I think my newest piece looks odd though for some reason.

I can keep trying if you want xD But after drawing her 3 times in a row (which for me I take FOREVERRRRRRR to draw anything usually.) I'm a jut a bit burnt out. I've not drawn Aya yet, nor tried; But I hope it'll be easier xD Though I do better with light-colored hair usually.
And the reason I feel like my newest stuff sucks is mainly due to the fact I dislike the style I have. I feel the way my art comes out is extremely novice and cheap in a sense. Like I make things as best and easiest as I can make them, and usually it isn't that good. I feel like I'm developing an art-style I don't really want. You ever feel that way?
Kind of like "oh damn, I'm stuck with this now - And I don't even really like it.." I don't even know where to begin to improve on my worst regions when it comes to art. Clothing folds, shading, facial expression (everything but the eyes.), arms, legs, hands and feet are my problem areas.
I keep feeling the need to improve when I can't just simply do that.
But to clarify my issue.. (sorry for a very roundabout way of explaining. I am rambling now I know :C)
For me this is how I feel.
> I see a good picture on the internet of Momiji (just for example.)
> I state "oh wow, I really like this style. My god, it's gorgeous."
> I go back to my Paint Tool SAI and look at my art.
> Think everything about it is flawed in one way or another.
> Realize that this is the only style I can draw with /somewhat/ consistency.
> Feel like I'm working hard on stuff I don't truly want. (I.E Developing a style of art that looks odd or ugly to me.)
> Lose some will to draw due to feeling like I'm just going to get worse.

Again, I know how you feel man, been through the same.
I know developing a style is a tedious process, I'm still in the middle of it myself, and I certainly know how it feels like when you want to improve but are hitting a wall instead. :/
Dude, like I said, you're just 6 months into drawing - everything is still ahead of you, and I can see you've got some understanding of anatomy and are not afraid of experimentation. I'd like to help out with something else than 'don't give up' and 'draw what you like', but not sure what do you know already and where to lead you. Know anything about the creative process or gesture drawing?
Also, check out the KNKL show I mentioned, when you've got the time - the guy's videos are varied but some general rules apply to everything. It's been a tremendous help to me, maybe it'll give you some insight too.

It definitely seems like those KNKL Show videos will help a lot just from the videos I can see on the page. What program do you use, by the way?
And this is very true - I just wish I had a style to associate myself with. Feels scrubbish to have a style that varies from picture to picture. I also feel like my art process (my process of getting pictures to look nice.) is more difficult than the average guy's. Like I'm doing it wrong. I guess I just need more tutorials and to use my inspiration more wisely.
Thank you again; You have no idea how much inspiration I've got back thanks to you. I was about to put my tablet away for a while; But now I got it back out and going to try some new stuff. Thank you, really.
