Name: Antony 'Tony' Wayne aka the Iron Bat Man

Composed of: Bruce Wayne aka Batman and Anthony 'Tony' Stark aka Iron Man

Origin: As a child, he saw his parents murdered by a man with a metal arm. He grew up resentful of criminals as he honed his many talents, most prominent of which was his skill in engineering. A man named Henri Yinsen (Ho Yinsen + Henri Ducard) convinced him to leave the comforts of his home of Yortham City and helped stage his death.

For much of his young adulthood, Antony Wayne would be in the company of a group of fanatical terrorists lead by an allegedly immortal and imposing man who's body consisted mostly of nanomachines called the Apocalypse's Head (Ra's Al-Ghul + En Sabah Nur aka Apocalypse). As Wayne matured he realised, with the help of Yinsen, that the Apocalypse's Head meant no good for humanity. Two things motivated his escape, first was the discovery that a peice of metal had been implanted close to his heart and another was the fact that the Head used organised crime to speed up the decay of society. This motivated the two to stage a breakout from the Head's compound.

Wayne constructed an exoskeleton with a bat-like glider system and rocket propulsion to fly out from the compound and float to safety. As he crashed back down to earth he was attacked by a bat, which would eventually spawn an idea in him.

He returned to Yortham and isolated himself as much as he could as he refined his technology. But he could not entirely isolate, with him needing help from his butler Jarvis 'Pennyjar' Pennyworth and Julie Potts (Julie Madison + Pepper Potts).

Personality: He is profoundly driven by a sense of justice, but also by considerable anger. These impulses are key to his determination to self-improve and learn new skills. He also has an ego, but a tempered one. His public face is quite different in that he can seem dim-witted with a minimum of social grace.

Powers: None, aside from his genius intellect. He is capable of picking up new skills quickly and mastering them, such as engineering. Even into adulthood, he would quickly pick up detective work and forensics.

He constructed a refined exoskeleton that was both impervious to personal firearms and resembled a humanoid bat: the Iron Batsuit. His Iron Batsuits gain more funtions as he refines their design. A few remain fixtures such as sonic emitters on the palms of his hands, a cape that can become wings, bat shaped wrist-darts shot from his forearms, and the suits ability to go into low-power and no-lights Stealth Mode.
