The Dragon`s waistcoat ...of course there are untold stories of the making of the dragons waistcoat, passed on from father to son, on the Took side of my family ... it all started one fine morning in May, when the world was still young, and life was care free. Tumbleweed the Hammer, as he was known, the hammer part of his name, stood for his job, and I expect you can guess his occupation... a smithy, and a fine one at that. his work was highly regarded by the Dwarfs under the mountain, for he made the finest armour, throughout the whole kingdom, it was said that he had once made a very fine ringmail vest for a prince, of the rarest and hardest metal which can only be found at the roots of a mountain. of course this meant that he too was a Dwarf. His other part of his name , that of Tumbleweed comes from the fact that he loved to smoke from the strongest tobacco, the name that I recall was oldweed, grown far across the oceans at little village of Brunswitch, from the regions of Verginia. but I digress ... ops time for tea! ...I`ll be back ...
