Okay, so who remembers Keritian?

Nobody? Cool.

Seriously though, I could probably count the number of times I've drawn this guy on my fingers, and he's been around for nearly 12 years now!! He's gone through so many lore and (subtle) design changes, and has even had a name change (note the V in the title), but he's still the same old lovable overly-serious-and-analytical-with-a-heart-of-gold geezer that we, let's be honest, haven't come to know at all!

Maybe that will change, because I do really like this update. I turned him all Eastern for new(ish) lore reasons, and added a little extra colour, and it's honestly done a surprising amount for his looks.

EDIT: This one didn't take off, but it had a decent response and I like it so I'm keeping it in the main gallery. I updated it with a new background and a couple of small tweaks; you can play spot-the-difference with the old version here if you'd like:

The scant few previous times I've drawn him since joining DA:

Yep, 11 years on the platform and all I did was a few sketches and a monochrome pencil drawing. Amazing. Technically this redesign was in preparation for something more finished though, so... let's see if that comes to fruition!
