Run with me. I dare you.Those of you who remotely care about racing and haven't seen the replay of the '09 True North Handicap should go look it up on YouTube asap. This horse's speed is damn near impossible, and he stays on. Stole my heart in the '07 Vosburgh on that glorious Gold Cup day when the Smart Strike sons (FabStrike, English Channel and Curlin) swept the Belmont GIs... and he hasn't let go.

Unfortunately, he's a gelding, so no babies for him. BUT he just made a comeback to the races as an eight-year-old and won like a boss. So, more from him!

dang, would have been pretty nice if he could have sired some foals lol. but that's awesome to hear of his comeback! do you know what race it was? i would LOVE to see him win like the boss he is.

That's so gorgeous... you can just see him fighting to fly past the other....

He dragged his jockey around during the parade. And I watched the finish from right down by the rail just past the line... he and Benny came by me so fast I couldn't believe it, until I looked up at the tote board. And then I could do nothing but
