I like this, but there's one thing I have to criticize: the line-weight on the wings is a bit too heavy, causing them to feel out of place. There are a couple of other areas where that is the case on the pony, but mostly it's the wings which stand out the strongest to me. This is, perhaps, most noticeable because of the general lack of lines for much of the background.

I'd suggest more modest use of heavier line-weights, or keeping the heaviest ones restricted to areas of shade (keep it on the shaded side of the object). An area where I feel you did this well is around the face and shoulder: the lower chin/jaw that's opposite the direction of light has heavier line-weight, while the shoulder (her right, our left) has much lighter line-weight.

Beyond that, I love the clouds, sand castle, and reflection properties on the eyes and hair General form and balance are good, too, though the details on the water could use a bit more scaling.
