I think it looks good on her. I’m sure if you wanted to detail her story, you could think about how her family thinks about her sexuality. Judging by the info available, she seems to come from a relatively traditional Asian household (has a traditional name, eats traditional food) and sadly lgbt acceptance isn’t the best yet in many Asian homes. That said, there’s no requirement for them to be unaccepting either.
