So I was playing Sailor Moon Drops a couple weeks ago, and there's a Halloween event that give you Usagi with this cat Halloween costume when you cleared all the event stages.

IMO it is a really cute costume so I decided to make a fan-art for it and put it as a celebration of this year's Halloween theme fan-art.
