"Off to the Ball."A black silk Ball gown. "Old" Blair Contest Entry. This got lost for a while with the others. Wanted to add a nice background but I thought I should finish the character and show it this way first.

That's one of the best things about silk, it's tough, it lasts, and it's lightweight.

Besides possible cumbersomeness and drag at first, the skirt is flared out for more mobility and like most dresses the wearer will pinch the front of the dress and raised slightly for extra mobility. Like Cinderella when she's making a run for it at midnight, or a runaway bride.
