Description
The main Cathedral in Lourdes (Notre Dame) has an underground component. This is it, and this is one of their massive services. The opportunity was great; it was the 150th Anniversary of the apparition of the Virgin Mary to Saint Bernadette near the Cathedral-site, and a lot of people have been traveling to Lourdes that year. It's quite something to see this many devoted people - some very close to death - really go the extra mile to visit this little town near the Spanish border.
