I bought them at a Halloween/joke shop. They have thermal plastic which you heat up until it melts and then you mould the hot, gooey plastic around your own tooth with the vampire fang. It's kind messy and I can't tell you how many times I've burned myself in the process but it's worth it. You can look up Scarecrow(no joke) fangs.
