Why didn't the batsuit looked like that, I mean some parts of the suit were from the batwoman series but cmon this is even better great work. Also, brings me a injustice 2 vibe from the shoulder pads.

No problem, literally the batsuit on the show looks like kates prototype batsuit before getting the real suit.

All I can say is, probably the CW were still on a budget with the costumes mainly with bruce wayne's batsuit that depending on if they think bruce's suit needs an update, they'll probably redo the chest part and maybe give it a bit of shoulder pads. But probably will not happen due to bruce's appearance on the batwoman show not gonna happen for a while also because of him joining the infinite earths crossover.
