lol Yeah. Though I usually hear things more along the lines of "That shows how much of an amateur you are". I can't afford a lot of supplies, but my roommate had a pack of colored pencils so I just had at them.

well there fools, if you can make fine art with just the cheap stuff then yeah you are a true artist. Computer graphics just make stuff easier, not much damage done to your thing if you use the Graphic Design stuff my older brother might learn to do.

Yeah, I don't usually take much time to learn how to use the art programs like photoshop cs2, gimp or adobe. Should, it would certainly improve the aesthetic quality. Nobody really cares about traditional work any more.
