I can never find the DVD, so I got it off the internet, but as soon as I find a copy I plan to buy it.

Next time I draw her I'll make her face longer, maybe her nose too. It just feels so weird to me to distort a face so much.

Yeah I see what you mean her chin could be a little bit longer (she has a very pointy face). I was using this and this for references.

To tell the truth I was more worried about drawing the profile. I really am not that great at drawing anime. I always want to throw in more detail and make them look more realistic.

with the pic you took as a reference, the angle ain't the same than on you drawing, and sometimes it's hard to change the angle than the one on the reference picture.

about the profile, you really did a great job ! I can understand the need to give a realistic look, this anime style is so caricatural that the features look very different than the real ones do
