A character from my story.. kinda.This is an example of the Dragon form the Redayain race takes. They are typically sea faring, and although you can't see them their wings are on their arms. The magical properties of the race allow them to somehow resist water friction, making them at home below the surface, however they take to the air almost as often.
Took me a few hours to complete this... making stuff seem underwater is harder than it might sound. xD

Yeah, its kinda weird. But just think.. who ever draws them with hair? Its more like a horses mane I'd think... who knows though. xD He's a Paris Hilton dragon.

Love how you did the shadows streaming down from under the form. That's my favorite part about underwater paintings. Also, the reflections on his head and shoulder are great.
