you have a buttom up top by the F1-F12's that should read PrtSc which stands for Print Screen and so you push that button then you open up something like Paint a program that usually come with your computer that you can draw with and just go edit past or Ctrl+V and the screen is captured so that you can paste it into paint. well I press the button I go to paint and press ctrl+v and nothing happens.

thats weird it should work, make your that your PrtSc wording is not like a lighter color because on some computer it a secondary button thus having to push Fn+PrtSc button but other than that i don't really know whats wrong it should be working you just push the PrtSc button and open MS paint and paste it into there.
