Remember the girl named Tsubasa which I drew previously? Supposedly, she can transform into a magical girl and this is how her transformed version looks like.I drew a front and rear view seperately and pasted them both together on a flashy background. The feathers are done using a brush I made by myself on Photoshop. After not seeing action for a long time, finally my feather brush sees an oppourtunity to be abused. XD

The costume manages to be memorable even among the excess of pink Magical Girls. And I love how you can achieve such cuteness without going overboard on big eyes.
But my favorite part? Oddly, the name. It screams "cutecutecute Magical Girl" without sounding like any character I know. I've seen too many original MG characters with generic names.
