Serge is my nine-banded armadillo dude I've had for quite a while now. He's very fun to draw up, even if his shell can be a nightmare to imagine in place x) He is built like a strongman, and has the bulk to prove it and back it up. He is strong but irritable, someone you probably wouldn't want to cross unless you were prepared to get hurt!

I normally don't draw reference sheets at all, mainly because when it comes to colours, they can change so much depending on the colour scheme, the lighting, etc etc... Buuut, I just felt like drawing him, and it turned into this. Just in case it's ever needed for anything. The colours can certainly change depending on the picture, but these are a good start for him. Also, even though he is a NINE-banded armadillo, it is tough to fit nine actual bands there, so however many look alright is fine xP

Serge also normally wears clothing and follows common decency rules (minus maybe a shirt), but he usually wears modified clothes underneath his shell. Wrapping clothes overtop of the shell looks a bit weird, minus possibly a few straps around the waist area. That might be necessary to keep them hanging on in the first place.

Unfortunately he cannot roll into a perfect ball, but he would still be able to roll fairly well if he tried
