Meet Pink Champagne and Pink Rose Pearl, who, as the title suggests, are South Sea Pearls. South sea pearls are the largest of saltwater pearls and the most expensive. There are so many different types of pearls here on Earth, which makes me wonder if there are different types of pearls in the SU universe (This was also a driving force with the abalone pearl as well).So what makes these two a bit different from cannon Pearl? The power of their weapons! Champagne's spear is capable of firing a large blast of light and is able to bubble objects from a distance (bubbly champagne, get it?). Rose, or Rosie as she prefers, uses a harpoon-like spear that has a chain attached to the end. The chain cannot be broken unless Rosie wills it to and the length is unknown. She is able to use the chain to her advantage as well as her spear. Rosie is also able to retract the chain at will. That way, it comes in handy as a grappling hook, too!
As for personalities, Champagne is very snobby. She has a tendency to look down on other pearls as she's a fancy and more expensive pearl. Rosie, on the other hand, loves just about everybody. She's very enthusiastic and ready to try anything.
