© Gloria Kang 2010...or surf, or whirlpool, or some other water attack. haha i meant it to be surf at first but then the firework-thingy came out and it looked more like a water pulse to me, so yeah. my milotic in the game doesn't have water pulse though.
yay love milotics! my new favourite pokemon!
yeah i know this is messy, did this in about 2 hours or so. was just trying out the water swirls and stuff
i just want to thank everyone who faved and commented on my pics in the past few weeks

I love how the water swirls as if it is creating a vast field of beautiful glistening shine,the colours clash to make the water somewhat realistic yet anime like. *Cough* Long speech aside I see this has great potential :3

I looked lastnight at some of my older arts, and there was someone saying it was really cute. I really was shocked. I thought it looked way bad. (did when I made it, and I STILL do! XD )
