20min speedpaint.
In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
I'm going to share those three things along with a speed paint each Mon-Fri.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is that by sharing this, you guys can feel some of those good vibes too

Beautiful meadow! I would actually enjoy seeing some landscapes of you every now and again.
This feels wild and natural, like at any moment an animal could rustle the grass.

Technical question: Do you draw ever line individually, or are there some handy brushes for that? And if later: Are those more like stamps, or more like multiple brushendes that you move at once?
Also, I'm looking forward to the finished piece :3

A little bit of everything really.
First I use soft brushes to lay down lots of color.
Then I use a combination of single strokes with a thin brush, a few taps with a stamp brush, and lots of sweeps with "grass" brushes imitate to look of a real field.
I feel like doing all these steps gives me the most variation in the final piece.
