I thought you did an especially good job on her outfit and hairstyle.
Β Good rope work too.
I like the character is effectively secured at two points (ankles and waist ) to thatΒ stool in addition to those ropes binding her tied arms to her torso.She will be staying put for a while.
And that gag will keep her quiet.
However I suspect that if the character is smart and tough and resourceful enough to be a crime lord she should be able to free herself.

When you have characters dressed in the same uniform tou need to do something that vaties the look. So it is simple to tie them all up different tie ups and gags. It gives the impression that they were jump and captured at different times and brought here. I don't want all of them tied exactly the same way. It would be boring to me.
