Here is a description of her (Spoilers Alert):
In "Secrets", it is revealed that Margaret Sorrow was afflicted with a mental disorder called Kleptomania; a compulsive need to steal. Eventually, she was caught and sentenced to ten years in Blackgate Penitentiary. She was able to reduce her sentence to two years when she volunteered for an experiment aimed at removing criminal tendencies from the subjects' minds. During the treatments by Joe Braxton and Dr. Bethanie Ravencroft, Maggie made friends with fellow prisoner and volunteer, Lunkhead. Eventually, the experiment seemed to work and Maggie's kleptomania was gone. The people behind the experiment gave her a new name, new face, and a new chance at life. Now calling herself "Cassie", Maggie got a job as a receptionist for the very psychologist that had performed the experiment on her.
