Kadaj drew closer, his eyes flickering dangerously at the now revealed President. Rufus' expression didn't change, not letting the shinentai's tricks fool him so easily.'That's it, little remnant. I dare you to challenge me...' He though to himself with a smirk.
There was one thing Kadaj couldn't do, and that was catch him by surprise. But it was also something Rufus was particularly skilled in practice.
Kadaj slid a leg over Shinra's lap, his arm wormed around the man's neck, wishing nothing more than to utterly ruin his composure. Getting no response, he let his free hand glide up his underexposed chest towards his neck, hoping for a response.
He response was NOT what he expected...

Shinentai are beings who are created from a strong will or desire left behind. Kind of like ghosts, but shinentai have actual physical form.
