Last image before the 2006 calendar goes up. I wanted to do something specifically winter themed, but I thought what I had sketched out might be a bit time consuming with all my other projects right now, so I sketched this out. Of course, this took probably as much if not more than the other would have, but that's how it goes
Poor snowman, even with the cold weather, he's having a hard time trying to keep from melting. Let's hope she actually gets to finish making him before he disappears
Medium: Original sketch vectored over in Illustrator. Brush-like texture in the background done with custom brush in Photoshop.

Well, I had seen your avatar of someone else's main page and I was entranced, but as soon as I left the comment thanking her for adding one of my deviations as a favorite your comment dropped off the page so I was trying to find Goblin Queen with a mere 2 e's so of course I was unsuccessful. I have literally been dreaming about snow for the past 3 weeks ... which is sad because I live in Florida.
It's positioning alone that makes your subject sexy, as most of her curvature is completely covered by that lovely fur coat. A facial expression that can replace the female figure is a very nice acomplishment.

Gah! I love this picture!! It's so cute!! The first thing I actually noticed were the stocking lines going up, it instantly made me think of retro 50's before anything else in the picture did! lol...yes, I'm odd! But the detail of this is simply amazing!
