I Doubt that Rose Quartz Killed Pink Diamond; However, the One Crystal gem I ABSOLUTELY C-A-N Picture Killing Pink Diamond is none other than Bismuth Herself Because:
A. She HATES Homeworld, Even Rose
B. She wanted to Kill anyone from Homeworld
C. She has a Weapon that can Shatter ANY Gem, called the Breaking Point
D. Who's to say She DIDN'T kill Pink Diamond(Other than the Crewniverse)
E. She was Bubbled by Rose quartz for her Plans to use the Breaking Point to shatter Other Gems and Attacking her when she turned her down

But remember bismuth said "I would have shattered the diamonds!" Meaning she didn't shatter them, of course this could mean she didn't shatter the other three but then she would have said "the other diamons" or "the rest of the diamonds" not just "the diamonds"
maybe rose DID shatter pink diamond and felt guilty afterwards, making her not shatter any more gems
idk but I do want to believe rose shattered pink diamond, it would add a whole new layer to her character (and she was pictured very creepily in the extended intro so that's gotta mean something)
