It was a very formal gesture, one to indicate the distance between their status, but it was as close as Loni could get to what he really meant. "You should go, princess," he said, voice tired, strained as though the words were forced. "Thank you for your concern. I wish you every happiness."She gave a halfhearted nod, her fingers curling as Annella pulled her hand back. "Please continue to rest yourself until you are feeling better." Her head now facing away, was her chance opportunity to cry the one last tear that she had been preventing to fall when still in Loni's view. He had seen enough of her tears for the day. Annella would allow it linger there, though; if Cyrus or any other were to see in her passing to get ready, then so be it. No soul would be able to comprehend its meaning. Not even Loni...

Aw, this is a such an emotional piece with a nice play on lighting. The chosen colors work well together, if you look close enough, you can make out subtle highlights within the picture that most people would have either ignored or missed. It gives the art that subtle pop to make it even more beautiful. Perhaps my only qualm with the artwork is that the chair Annella is sitting on seems like it is flushed against the bedside, meaning there would be no room for her legs...It's angle of perspective also crosses with that of the bed and doesn't run parallel with it as it should. /ends probable unwanted critique orz/ I like it a lot (picture and story), so I shall fav it!

Ha ha, I don't mind critiques every now and again. Pretty much everything I draw is meant to be some sort of learning experiments, and I overlook things that I might normally catch. @u@;;
