History: Born in Ordell, Ives is the youngest of two brothers raised by a hardworking family. His father an alchemist with the knack for inks and paints as well as medicinal ointments, his mother a loving housewife who is rather good with numbers. As a family they own a small store that sells a little bit of everything a few blocks from the marketplace.

Ever since he was born he felt like he was living under the shadow of his brother, who has been since a young age everything Ives felt he could never be: A charming man with a penchant for alchemy to carry on his father's legacy, often manning the storefront with a happy smile and a friendly disposition. Ives however... didn't mind the shadow, working behind closed doors on inventories, numbers and reading for as long as he can remember, finding amusement and interest in magic more so than in herbalism and potion-making. He preferred the quiet of the back room than the pretences of the storefront, but even despite his reticence for dealing with people in a day to day basis, he still understands the job of a sales man, making him able to put his personal emotions and disdain for the job aside to do it whenever he must. He is respectful of his family's efforts and proud of their work, focusing on doing things the best way he can to prove his worth.

Additional Info:

- Despite their differences, Ives is very attached to his brother although he's not one to voice his emotions out loud all that often. Thinking of him as a good friend with whom he can talk about a variety of things.

- Segismund, his current partner was given to him by his brother, when found as a pup outside their residence.

- Ives is currently studying magic on his own, from whatever books he can get his hands on, but he wishes to join a magic school to improve his abilities at some point in his life.

- Ives enjoys fruits but he doesn't eat them all that much, mainly because he often reluctantly give them to Segismund who loves them.
